Nominations are open and we’re looking for women whose leadership is shaping the future of Health, Wellness, and Beauty.
This is your opportunity to spotlight outstanding women whose impact deserves recognition, whether you’re nominating a colleague, a mentor, a rising star, or yourself.
Here's how it works:
1. Submit a Nomination
Use our online form to nominate a woman whose work, leadership, and influence stand out in the industry.
Self-nominations are welcome. We want to see every voice considered.
2. Choose a Category
Select the category that best reflects the contributions of your nominee. (Categories are listed below.)
3. Tell Their Story
Share specific examples of achievements, leadership, and the impact they’ve made. This helps our selection panel fully understand why they deserve to be recognized.
4. Nomination Deadline
Nominations are open through June 5th.
5. Selection & Celebration
After nominations close, our team reviews all submissions and selects winners based on their impact and leadership. Winners will be announced in our Class of 2026 feature and honored at the Top Women Awards event in Chicago this fall.
Nomination Categories
Business Excellence:
Honors a woman who has exhibited accomplishment, advancement, and success. She recognizes the significance of inventive thinking, education, effective decision-making, mentorship, and community service.
Commitment to Care:
Acknowledges a woman in pharmacy who takes a leading role in her community. She actively participates in volunteer work, contributes to charitable organizations, and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to patient care and her organization.
Rising Stars:
Acknowledges a woman who is emerging as a promising leader in her profession. The Rising Star is a woman on the ascent, noted for significant accomplishments and notable success, making her one to watch.
Career Achievement:
Honors an individual whose long-term dedication, leadership, and impact have made a lasting difference in their field. Nominees should demonstrate sustained excellence over the course of their career, a record of meaningful accomplishments, and a legacy of influence through innovation, mentorship, or service.
Eligibility at a Glance
- Nominees must work for a retail or supply company serving the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
- A nominee may not win the same category two years in a row.
- You can nominate as many women as you like — there’s no limit!
