Q: When will registration open? 

A: Registration will open in early summer! 

Q: How do I register for this event? 

A: We are so excited you are joining us to celebrate this year’s winners! Once open, go to the registration tab and follow the steps on each page.

Q: Can I register for other people? 

A: All attendees must register themselves so that we can account for allergies, special accommodations, and waivers.

Q: Is there a deadline or can I register on site? 

A: If you wish to attend the event you must be registered by 11/1/2024.

Q: How will I know I am confirmed for the event? 

A: After completing registration you will receive a confirmation email. You do not need to bring this with you. As long as you are confirmed we will have your badge for you upon arrival. 

Q: What is the cost to attend? 

A: The ticket price for this event is $999

Q: How do I register with a promo code? 

A: If you received a promo code, be sure to enter that in the space provided on the registration form to see your applied discount. Promo codes are only provided to winners, the winner’s one (1) guest, sponsors and speakers.

Q: What's included in the cost of the ticket? 

A: The ticket grants you access to both days of the event and all of the activities listed on the agenda. You will also receive a gift bag with high end products supplied by our sponsors. Please note: Transportation and Hotel stay are NOT included. Must be booked individually. 

Q: How is the event structured?

A: Here's the rundown: 

  • Everything kicks off on Tuesday, November 19th at 5:30pm with a networking cocktail reception
  • The awards dinner starts at 7:30pm. This is where we will honor all Top Women winners
  • NEW! We will have an after party at 9:30pm to keep the celebration going!
  • We start the next day with a networking breakfast on Wednesday, November 20th at 7:00am
  • The keynote speaker begins at 8:00am
  • We'll have educational and informative panels from 9am - 12pm
  • This concludes our celebration

Q: Do I Have to attend both days?

A: We hope you will join us for the entire program! However if you are unable to attend the full program, you can indicate which days and sessions you plan on attending during registration.

Q: Is there a discounted rate if I can only attend one day?

A: No, there are no one day passes.

Q: How many people attend?

A: More than 200 industry leaders and innovators will be present this year!

Q: Is there a dress code for the event?

A: For the awards ceremony on day one the dress code is semi-formal business attire. While formal attire is not required, many attendees wear cocktail dresses or suits. The evening is all about celebrating the top women in our industry so we encourage you to wear whatever you want to celebrate in. There will be several photo-ops on the “red carpet”. For the panels on day two we recommend business casual. 

Q: What's included for winners?

A: Complimentary registration to the entire event, a discounted registration rate for 1 guest, your keepsake award (complimentary shipping if you are unable to attend in person), and a gift bag with high end products supplied by our sponsors. 

Q: What's not included for winners?

A: Transportation (flights/taxi/train/cab) and accommodations (hotel) are not included. You can book your room using our discounted hotel rates here.
