Currently serving as Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager of Personal Care and Household, she leads the development of a compelling customer offer that champions self care through a relevant and accessible assortment of personal care products. She also oversees a trusted portfolio of household essentials delivering dependable, high quality solutions that meet customers’ everyday needs.

Heather's journey with Walgreens began after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Butler University in 1999. After her tenure in Pharmacy Operations, Heather transitioned to Merchandising in 2004, where she showcased her strategic vision across health and wellness.

Beyond her impactful contributions within Walgreens, Heather is a passionate advocate for women's leadership. In 2018, she co-founded WE, a collective of women leaders in the retail and healthcare sectors dedicated to mentoring, driving positive change, and empowering future generations.
