Odessa “OJ” Jenkins (aka Coach O) is the Founder and CEO of the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) and the winningest head coach in pro women’s tackle football history, with a 91–5 career record, seven national championships, three USA Gold Medals, and induction into the Hall of Fame. Once voted the top running back in the world by IFAF, Jenkins has built a legacy of excellence on the field and transformative leadership off of it, creating greater financial outcomes, visibility, and opportunity for women and girls in football.

She is the former CEO of Bonfire, a leadership development firm focused on advancing women leaders in the corporate space, and was part of the executive team at YourCause, a technology company that exited for $157 million, and revolutionized the corporate giving space. She is also the founder of impactful nonprofits including Got Her Back, and is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and leadership coach.
Jenkins is a proud member of the Dove Body Confident Sports Collective, alongside icons like Billie Jean King and Dawn Staley, helping champion confidence through sport. She has appeared on The Today Show and major national platforms, was recently recognized by Adweek as one of the Most Powerful Women in Sports in 2026.
