Nicole is a senior advisor and Principal at Kearney with nearly 20 years of experience delivering business and organization transformations for Fortune 500 companies. She helps executives tackle growth and efficiency agendas across market entry, product launches, organizational design, and talent strategy—linking ambition to execution with measurable results.

Previously, Nicole was an Executive Director in the Consumer & Retail Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates leading C-suite talent placement and advising on talent strategy and transformation for growth. She began her career at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C. working for the Department of Defense on mission-critical initiatives in the Middle East.

Nicole holds an MBA from University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and a BS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and is based in Chicago with her husband, two kids, and two cats.
