Lauren Wittenberg is Head of Mass Channel and Canada at dsm-firmenich. She has broad industry experience in diverse roles within the Health and Wellness space. With a background rooted in sales, her roles expanded to lead Global eCommerce and Omnichannel. Currently, Lauren is leading the Mass Channel and Canada teams, advancing science-backed solutions across key need states in Women’s Health and Microbiome, in partnership with key retail customers.

Lauren is also the Global Lead, WIN (Women Inspired Network) ERG, for dsm-firmenich. In her role, she spearheads the expansion of the WIN ERG community with a focus on Gender Equity, establishing Global events and supporting key initiatives to advance policies, increase the representation of Women and drive Inclusion & Belonging at the company.

Externally she is pleased to serve as a Board Member of WE, to Advance Women in Wellness and is a member of the LEAD Network. Lauren holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing.
