Nominate a Top Women in your industry! This event acknowledges the pivotal role women contribute to retail pharmacy.
Join us for a 2-day celebration in Chicago this fall!
On Day 1, enjoy a festive dinner and an award ceremony where all winners will be acknowledged on stage.
Day 2 features a keynote speaker and enlightening educational panels led by industry-leading women.
Furthermore, all Top Women will receive recognition in the November edition of Drug Store News.
Nomination Process
- The Nomination Window is Open!
- The window to nominate will be open from March 20 - June 20
- This is the time for employees, managers, friends, and anyone in the industry to nominate a top woman that they feel deserves to be recognized
- Select a category that best fits the woman you are nominating
- Nomination categories are listed below
- Self nominations are welcome
- Next Step
- After the window closes, our team will carefully select the winners for each category after reviewing all submissions
- The winners will be notified afterwards via individual emails
- They will be announced and featured in our Class of 2024 Top Women article as well as the November print issue
- We will celebrate all of the winners at our 2-day event in Chicago

Nomination Categories
Business Excellence:
- Honors a woman who has exhibited accomplishment, advancement, and success. She recognizes the significance of inventive thinking, education, effective decision-making, mentorship, and community service.
Commitment to Care:
- Acknowledges a woman in pharmacy who takes a leading role in her community. She actively participates in volunteer work, contributes to charitable organizations, and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to patient care and her organization.
Rising Stars:
- Acknowledges a woman who is emerging as a promising leader in her profession. The Rising Star is a woman on the ascent, noted for significant accomplishments and notable success, making her one to watch.
Eligibility Rules
- Nominees must either work for a retail or supply company directly serving the health, wellness and beauty industry.
- Nominators are encouraged to share specific initiatives, achievements and examples of leadership in order to present a full picture of a candidate and demonstrate what makes her a Top Woman in Health, Wellness and Beauty.
- A nominee cannot win the same category two years in a row.
- Self-nominations are welcome.
- Unlimited entry! Feel free to nominate as many colleagues as you'd like.
