Karen Ejdys is the Vice President and Head of the US Customer Strategy & Analytics for Haleon, currently the world’s largest standalone Consumer Healthcare company with category-leading brands such as Advil, Centrum, Chapstick, Emergen-C, Flonase, Polident, Nexium, Robitussin, Sensodyne, Theraflu, Tums and Voltaren.

Karen is part of the US Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for Go-to-Market Strategy for Sales, Customer & Category Insights & Analytics, Net Revenue Management and Innovation Commercialization for sales, including Rx-to-OTC Switch.

Prior to Haleon, Karen was the Senior Director, U.S. Sales Strategy at GSK Consumer Healthcare. She is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record driving sales & share on some of the most iconic brands in the Consumer Health Products industry. Karen’s extensive career in the consumer products industry has included leading teams and expanding her influence through several disciplines across GSK, Pfizer, and Wyeth in Sales & Trade Strategy, Product Launch Planning including Rx-to-OTC Switch, Category & Shopper Insights and Net Revenue Management.

She is a Steering Committee Member of Haleon’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, a Member of The Network of Executive Women, a local corporate representative for GrassROOTS, and past corporate lead for Dress for Success, Northern New Jersey.

Karen has received several prestigious awards, including the 2021 GSK Impact Performer Award, the 2020 Drug Store News Top Women in Health, Wellness & Beauty, Pfizer Values Awards and President’s Circle of Excellence.
