Michelle first joined Bausch + Lomb in 2008. Since then, she has held various marketing and sales roles of increasing responsibility in the consumer segment of the business. Prior to Bausch + Lomb, she held several roles in merchandising and Human Resources with Target.
In 2019, Drug Store News recognized Michelle as a Rising Star Category and again in 2021 as one of their Top Women in Health, Wellness, & Beauty in the Business Excellence category. She has a bachelor’s degree double major in Economics and Psychology with a minor in Management Studies from Saint Olaf College, MN, and she lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, three children and two dogs.
