Senior Brand Manager, DEI
Renée Reid is a Sr. Brand Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Ulta Beauty where she is responsible for driving DE&I strategies across the merchandising business. This includes supporting the 15percent pledge, developing an accelerator to prepare BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) brands for retail expansion and ensuring BIPOC brands are supported at Ulta Beauty. Previously, Renée worked at A.T. Kearney as an Associate. In this role, she supported various efforts, including pre-merger integration, and cost optimization, across chemical, food & beverage and automotive industries. Prior to this, Renée worked as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of an education non-profit organization and prior to that, worked on Wall Street as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in the healthcare group. Renée holds an undergraduate Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from The Wharton School.
